Comment: The CS55/HL10 Bundle is the way to go. I run a small medical clinic and am on the phone several hours a day. With the bundle, I can answer the phone from anywhere in the clinic, pull charts, and get back to speak with the staff . . . all with great clarity and excellent reception. A great tool for responsive customer service! I will be buying another bundle shortly for another staff member in the office!

Comment: Works well, it took a while to get used to the ear piece but don't really notice it now. The range is very good for my office and can work on different floors if need be. It is a neck saver!

Comment: I purchased this product for stock. We put it in service last week and I feel this is used and returned or seconds. This product has unusable sound quality. We have 10 of the same units I purchased from the products website. I tried Amazon and this is going to be my last time. I'm trying to get this unit repaired from Plantronics. Amazon stated this was a new product.
