Comment: Does the job but would never do it again. I bought this printer quickly when my last one broke. Would never buy a printer without separate color & black cartridges again. This is ALWAYS low and when I tried to buy a refilled one it wouldn't recognize it. That was $15 down the drain.

Summary: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRINTER
Comment: I have had this printer for a little over a year. it has been torture. The ink lasts maybe 100 pages - maybe less - it is expensive. To do one report - 250 pages took 3 cartridges - almost $70. It is slow, slow, slow and gives error messages for no reason. If for some reason it doesnt want to align itself - every time you want to print something - you have to go thru at least 2 cancel screens each time. It jams and wont let you print.
The print and copy quality is not good. Only good thing I can see is that the printer itself was cheap - but you pay thru the nose for the ink.
Have really turned me off of Lexmark. The software is not bad.

Comment: My Lexmark printer was a gift and I would never buy one. The ink cost too much and the printer uses too much ink. I go through these things like crazy. The print quality is good but I still have had other printers with ink that cost a lot less and the quality is just as good. I would not recommend this product.
