Summary: Easyshare software accompanying Kodak camera
Comment: I purchased a Kodak EasyShare camera, M1033 10MP red digital camera through Amazon. Upon receipt of the camera, I followed Kodak's directions and first downloaded the included software into my computer. This caused my computer to crash and cost me $190 for the services of a computer technician to get my computer back up and running. The technician stated that the Kodak software frequently adversely affects the operation of computers because it, simply, is inferior. Ironically, I am very pleased with the performance of the camera itself but the software has convinced me that I will buy no more Kodak products.
