Summary: Better than the rest
Comment: Super easy to use and the picture quality far exceeds the other 10" I own and those I compared it to. ++++

Summary: Wonderful product
Comment: I can't say much that others haven't said, so I'll just say we're really happy with our Kodak EasyShare 10-inch Digital Frame. It was simple to set up. We just loaded pictures onto a flash drive and plugged that into the frame. Beautiful clear pictures, smart-looking frame. We're definitely pleased!

Summary: great frame
Comment: Ordered for myself after giving Kodak frames as gifts last Christmas. This new model is easier to use and has more features than last year's (timer, removable mat border, graphics). Kodak has the best quality picture too. Arrived quickly and set-up was a breeze.

Summary: not worth the box it's in
Comment: I purchased this frame from Best Buy because I got a steal of a deal on it. I am returning it today after having given it a week. This frame is not good for anyone with any technical knowledge; you will find yourself very frustrated with this frame!
Pro
*The picture quality is excellent
*The speaker is clear and loud
*Several different media slots
*Computer connectivity
Con
*Shuffle will not work, even after firmware update. I would call the mode "Slightly Shuffled" rather than "shuffle"
*Just because a picture could be read by the frame last night doesn't mean it will be today.
*No sort by folders, root pictures only. Kodak recommends installing their software and creating presentations
*Corrupt memory cards. Pictures cannot be deleted from an SD card in WinXP after the card has been tainted by the frame. This is regardless of if the card is in 'lock' mode or not. Memory card must be reformatted in WinXP before you can change the pictures
*Seems to have an arbitrary size and dimension requirement on pictures that I could not find documented
*The touch border control is innovative. Too bad it doesn't work very well. You can scroll through pictures only one direction.
Pan and zoom transition will ignore what ever 'time to display picture' setting you have selected
Do not want!

Summary: Great picture but...
Comment: For the month it actually worked, I liked it even though it has some "minor" flaws. The interface is a bit quirky, and as others suggested, the random functions (both picture order and transitions) were anything but dependable.
Its best attribute was the display. Unfortunately, that asset stopped working and it's now indefinitely stuck in torch mode (each pixel is at max brightness).
Oh well, it was nice for its short life span and I would have rated it higher if I spent $10.00 for it. But since this unit is $200.00, I'll give it the single brightly lit star that it is.
