Summary: A total waste of money
Comment: Hewlett Packard No. 11 Magenta Printhead My HP printer called for a new printhead, so I obliged and spent the $35.00. But when I installed it in my printer it didn't work. It was still asking for a new printhead. Rather than spend another $35.00, I decided to buy a new printer instead. So for $199.95 (plus the money I waisted on the printhead) I now have a new printer with all new printheads.

Summary: Printheads, who knew?
Comment: Not me, until my Officejet 7130xi told me that it needed new printheads nearly a year ago. I bought all of them here at amazon, installed them and things have been fine ever since. At least as far as the printheads go.

Comment: Although it's a bummer that the hp officejet d135 is designed with the printheads and inkcartridges separate (so they have to be replaced sperately) this product was a cinch to install. Printheads on this model of the officejet typically last about three years and are as easy to replace as an ink cartridge.

Summary: Works as advertised
Comment: This was the first time I've replaced the yellow print head (replaced the magenta once before). I've had my Officejet d125xi for about 4-1/2 yrs with relatively light usage. You can tell the printhead is going out when the color seems to be off and calibration doesn't help, and eventually the printer will let you know it needs to be replaced. Once replaced, print color and quality returns back to normal, however, depending on your printer, you may need to recalibrate. Overall the printhead works as advertised.
