Summary: Worthless Warranty and the thing drinks through ink cartridges faster than you can afford !!!
Comment: Two days after we purchased it and printing less than 50 pages in Econo / Draft, the black ink cartridge started reporting empty.

We purchased another Black ink cartridge just wondering if the factory included cartridges are old, and again weren't even able to print out 20 typed pages at Econo density and it reported empty again. We took the cartridge to the Walgreens refiller and they reported it over 90% full.

So obviously the printer is malfunctioning and when you call their Tech Support

1. You hold for about an hour to reach someone who barely speaks english and they are hard of hearing.
2. They make you uninstall all the printer software and reinstall it again even though it is obviously a hardware problem.

3. They took our credit card number to send us a refurbished replacement, now we understand we'll receive a used printer to replace a used printer... BUT WE HAD TO WAIT THREE WEEKS FOR IT !!!!

4. Then, using their return shipping label and after returning the broken one on the same day.... THEY LOST IT AT THEIR WAREHOUSE IN Calexia, California AND STILL CHARGED US.

We had to deal with their dense headed tech support and email the Shipping number and read it off to them so they'd finally accept the fact they received the printer, we still had to file a credit card dispute to have the charge removed and then they sent us a collection notice !!!!

OH, they finally located their package they lost at their own wharehouse.

HP stands for HoPe it works !!!
