Comment: Amazon is O.K. But, they used a company called Databazaar that provided the printer cartridges. I received the wrong itmes, Databazaar was slow to resolve, but finally did. I'd go to the local stores to get replacements in the future. Maybe my experience was isolated, but I thought I'd respond since you asked.
