Comment: The compatible printer toner cartridge was shipped in a timely and quality manner. I have bought HP toner cartridges in the past out of concern for problems with my printer if I used a compatible cartridge. So far the compatible cartridge has worked very well. The printing has been of high quality. The only concern I had is that a UPS return shipping sticker was not provided with the package to return the cartridge to the manufacturer.

Summary: It works but no recycling of the old cartridge
Comment: The cartridge arrived and was easy to load into my HP 1022 printer and has been printing images just as black and crisp as the the HP cartridge. The package however didn't include a mailer in order to return the cartridge back to the manufacturer for reuse. However I was able to find information on the HP web site and print a mailer there (if you are at all interested.)

Comment: I haven't yet had the need to use one of the Compatible HP 12A Toner cartridges which I purchased for my HP Laser Jet 1020 ... but the price was excellent, and the service of this retailer was outstanding (very quick service).
