Summary: D7360 Printer
Comment: This printer is a nice printer and does a great job with pictures, the only problem that I find is that it is very noisy, and takes to much time to print when you first turn it on.

Comment: Got this printer with a new digital camera for xmas and i had the whole thing set up and printing my first photo within minutes!! You don't even need to hook your computer up to it...just pull out your cameras memory card and pop it in the printer. The touch screen is user friendly and the ink cartridges and photo paper easy to handle. Summary: WOW!! - Fantastic "Photo" Printer
Comment: The HP D7360 is an excellent "Photo" printer. In response to the two latest user reviews, what did you expect from a "Photo" printer? Duhh!!!
This printer is not designed as an all-around, multi-purpose printer. It is designed to be a "Photo" printer, that also has the capability of printing other types of documents. But it is foremost a "Photo" printer. It does an excellent job printing photos. I compared this printer to the new Canon Pixma i6700D and the HP D7360 produced much better picture quality. I also took a few digital photo files to a local high quality photo lab and compared them to the print-outs of the D7360, and again, the D7360 produced better photos. The colors are vibrant and the level of sharpness and fine detail is just amazing. And this printer is fast!!! My previous HP printer was the 5550, and it took about 10-12 minutes to print out a high resolution 8 x 10 photo. The D7360 takes about 4 minutes for the same photo. It's not the quietest printer, but it does produce awesome photo results. And it does a pretty good job with text documents. The text comes out sharp and crisp, just not as dark black as an all-round printer.
I highly recommend this printer if you do alot of photo print-outs and if you also need it for printing out text documents and web pages.

Summary: Not worth the hassle!
Comment: We bought this printer for our business so we would have the ability to print off labels and also do photo quality brochures, catalogs, flyers, etc. So far, I think I've spent more time unjamming paper from the back of the printer than I have actually using it! It just isn't capable of grabbing label sheets without creating a paper jam on at least every third print out. I can't even say how many sheets of label paper this machine has ruined for me already. I also discovered that it won't do two sided printing without an error message for the second side of the sheet. I ruined over fifty sheets of paper and a whole lot of ink figuring out this problem and ended up hand feeding each page just to complete one catalog. The print quality is okay when it does work but I think it won't be long before I'll have to find a better quality machine for the business. I feel I've wasted too much time and too much money with this printer already.

Summary: Good for photos, bad for general printing needs.
Comment: If you're looking exclusively for a photo printer, this is a good choice. It's easy to set up and easy to use. You can print direct from the camera, or from the computer. The printer can tell what kind of paper you're using & adjusts print quality accordingly. On glossy photo paper, the photo prints are excellent.
However, if you're like me and need one printer for all your needs -- photo & home office printing of paper, envelopes, labels & business cards, this printer is a bad choice. The paper trays are layered on top of each other and tucked into the machine, making them a hassle to unload and load different papers. The trays also hold a VERY small amount of paper, requiring frequent reloading, even if you're just using plain paper. Lastly, the trays also feel flimsy and are sure to break after repeated paper switches. (You have to lift the top tray up and pull the bottom tray out to load & unload and then snap back into place). I also couldn't get it to print envelopes. (Printer doesn't line up with envelope feeder, printing text off the envelope instead of on). I'm very disappointed with this purchase & am hoping Amazon.com accepts returns.
