Summary: Great ink, but...not enough of it
Comment: The ink works very well, I just object to HP only putting 15 ml (that's a tablesppon) of ink in this. It goes way too fast. The cartridges are cheaper, but I'm sure I'll end up spending more. Why are they cheaper. Certainly the plastic casing costs more than the actual ink. I really hate paying for a printer over and over again by my ink purchases. Since I got this printer for free,!I'll use it for awhile and then probably switch to Canon or Epsom. This is probably my last HP printer and all because of their cartridges

Comment: This all-in-one product is good. Easy to install. However I did need some help
twice. Calling help line was intensely time consuming because first you are connected to India
with someone who is difficult to understand. After telling him the problem he connected me with
smeone in the wrong department. I very carefully told both I needed to speak with someone in the Mac tech help.
Both times I called they did not listen. It took a good half hour listening to menus,reciting
story etc. Eventually reached the right people. The second time I suggested to the tech person that he tell HP to
get a separate number for tech Mac people. He said they had but it was never done. Once I reached the right people
they were patient and helpful.

Comment: I like this product because it is the best to use with my printer. Generic cartridges dont work as well.

Comment: This number 93 tri-color ink cartridge by Hewlett Packard is an essential for those of us who use the HP Deskjet 5440 printer--or any other printer that accepts this cartridge.
The three colors of yellow, red and green can be combined by the printer to produce a wide array of other colors very effectively. The cartridge takes up little space if you care to stock up on them and it comes well packaged so that it won't break during shipment. Moreover, the installation and removal of the cartridge is very easy so when changing the ink cartridge you will rarely have any difficulty.
My only complaint is that the ink goes rather quickly and thus the cost of this ink over the long run can be expensive. I rarely print and nevertheless just about every two months I still have to buy another cartridge. I will take off one star for that to make this a four star review.
The price is absolutely right compared to what stores in my area charge for this product. If you care to save some money you can buy this ink cartridge in the same package as a black ink HP 92; this would be even more cost-efficient.
Overall, the quality of the ink is rather good despite my one complaint that the ink goes faster than I would like it to go. The cartridge provides you with the ability to print a multitude of colors on your paper and replacement is easy.
