Summary: Nice cartridges, not packaged for shipping
Comment: Based on the price (and it *is* seductive, is it not?) I decided to order this four-pack instead of HP-brand. My first surprise was finding that although these are marketed as a pack, they arrived by individual boxes. And those boxes, alas, are *NOT* designed for rough handling! HP's toners are packaged in tough bubble-wrap-style inner sleeves; these are packaged in flimsy cheap foam padding. The black cartridge (the only one I've opened so far) was broken and will only print on half the page (all it took was a small bit of plastic to snap off).
So cheap is as cheap does, I'm afraid. I can't even rate the quality of the toner at this point, since black is non-functional and the original color cartridges are not quite finished yet. Meanwhile, I need to make a run to a local office supply store to pick up a new cartridge for a printing project.
The packing slip advises the customer to "CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR ORDER" -- and then doesn't give a phone number or email address (I got them from Amazon). I have a call in to the company (no one answering the phone) and we'll see if I can get a usable toner cartridge out of the deal, eventually. The email address is a Google Gmail account, btw, which does not give me a warm feeling about the financial stability of this company.
But yeah, the price is *really* good...

These cartridges appear to work just as well as the HP's that were in the
printer. I would buy these again based on my experience so far!

Comment: After noting the considerable difference in price between these cartridges and those in the local stores, I decided to try these. Unfortunately, the new cyan cartridge leaked toner. So this review is about the incredibly good warranty after-service.
I called the company to let them know of the problem. They shipped a replacement cartridge FedEx the same day and gave me a return RMA for the defective cartridge. The RMA required a credit card # for the value of the cartridge, but as soon as it was received, I was notified that there was no charge.
I have now run more than 1000 copies of multicolored pages without a hitch. I will purchase from them again.
