Summary: WOW!
Comment: This machine deserves 6 stars in my opinion. i couldn't believe the colors that were produced! You'll be amazed at the quality of prints you can make with this little machine. I was specifically looking for a printer that produced great 5X7 prints and i found it with this product. I use canon glossy plus II paper and found that it adds to the quality as well. I haven't kept up with the amount of pictures i've made, but i can tell you that i'm happy with how long the ink last. I think i've bought one or two ink cartridges and they are priced just right ($18.00). If your wanting a portable printer that can give great 4X6 and 5X7 prints i would highly reccommend this one!

Summary: Great software too!!!!
Comment: I've had a Canon i860 desktop printer for several years now & have been very happy with the print quality for both text & photos. But the old girl is getting tired ........ especially in the photo dept. So I did my homework, read the reviews, & decided on the Canon Pixma i320 to use with my Sony laptop. It's a little GEM!!!!!
Every year I put together a family calendar for my husband & his 12 brothers & sisters, their children, and their grandchildren. Needless to say, there are lots and lots of photos involved! I've come to rely heavily on the "Canon Easy Photo Print" software that came with my i860. After doing some research I found that this little printer came with "Canon Easy Photo Print EX". I hoped it would be as easy to use & versatile as its predecessor was. And it absolutely is!! It gives you the ability to print four different 2" X 3" photos (either bordered or borderless) on a single 4" X 6" sheet. You can also print out excellent quality postage stamp size photos (up to 20, 48, or 80) per 4 X 6 page. It also offers a several settings for ID photos & 2" X 2" passport photos. Something the earlier version did not have that the EX version has is the ability to create calendar pages and photo albums.
The ads tell you that the i320 will take 4" X 6" and 5" X7" photo paper, but it will also accept credit card size paper, 4" X 8", and 4" X 7" paper, as well as stickers in these sizes.
I've been using it rather consistently for about a month now and the quality is, to this point EXCELLENT. It is small, lightweight, easy to set up and easy to use. When I'm working on the calendar, I take it out, set it up, use it, then put it away. Easy! Easy! Easy!

Comment: This is a little gem. Portable, with a nicely designed handle. Fast. Only downside is that I haven't yet been able to profile papers on it as test sheets require 8.5x11....Other than that, cool.
