Summary: Eats Paper
Comment: This printer worked OK when I first got it, but after a month or so, all it does is eat paper and get jammed, all the while wasting ink and wasting a ridiculous amount of paper as they all get crinkled up and ripped. If you're going for a printer, make sure it doesn't have a "top-feeder," it's not worth the trouble

Summary: Other than technical defect, good printer
Comment: I've had my printer for about 10 months. I loved it in the beginning. For the price, I thought it was a great printer (and still do think the quality printing is good). My problem is that after about 5 months, the paper feeder would no longer feed paper into the printer. The rollers would roll, but wouldn't catch the paper to feed it in. I called Canon and they sent me a refurbished one to replace it and paid the shipping to return the old one. I was happy with their prompt response, and I do disagree with reviews saying Canon's service is bad. I would give this product 4 stars, but I'm waiting to see if I'll have the same problem with my replacement printer first.

Summary: Happy!
Comment: Excellent utility printer. even good with photos. only frustration...the ink cartridges are tiny. I have to change them often.

Summary: So Far...So Good
Comment: I ordered this product based on its capabilities and after reading a lot of reviews. I have a small business and use it for basic printing. Its a little slow (processing) but works very well...plus it was easy for me to install and I know very little about computers/accessories. I would recommend it for light printing needs....

Summary: New Printer
Comment: I am very satisfied with the printer. I like Canon Printers. I own 2 others. They do a great job of printing and they are very economical to operate.
