Summary: Cartridge problems.
Comment: Have had printer for 6 months - works fine except that it makes a lot of weird noises - seems a little clunky compared to my old HP. When the ink ran out, I tried to replace the 3 color cartridges - one worked, the other 2 would not light up, no matter what I did. I e-mailed Canon, and (after insisting on knowing the serial number, and my phone number (why?)) they agreed to send me new cartridges. We'll see what happens. At the moment, I cannot print anything. Cartridges that are THAT expensive ought to work.

Comment: This is a fantastic machine. We have been using it in our home office for several months now and have had zero problems. The only negative point that I can make is that it takes up a lot of desk space, but it more than makes up for itself.

Comment: This is a great all-in-one printer. We are pretty heavy computer users. I usually purchase HP because they are such work horses, but this printer easily manages our needs. Great quality, great photos, the colors stay true, and a fair price. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Comment: It's a great printer. The part I like about it the most is that it has two loading trays one for regular printer paper and one for photo paper. Its good for me because I print alot of pictures.

Comment: The printer ink wells do not last satisfactorly, and the cost for new inks
is much too high. I would not recommend this printer because of the ink costs. Operation of printer is good. Relacement inks were difficult to
find.
