Summary: Good machine, but PC170 is cheaper
Comment: A friend of mine has the PC160 and he's quite happy with it. Toner cartridge can be expensive, though, so if you make a lot of copies, you might as well go to a professional copy shop. But for the small business owner who occasionally makes copies, this is an affordable copier.
You should be aware that the newer model PC170 is almost $50 cheaper on Amazon than this older model, so I suggest getting the PC170 instead.
