Comment: I bought my HL-1870N printer which came with one of these TN-560 cartridges, and I got 6200 pages out of it according to the network administration function. It tooks several years. I had bought a spare toner cartridge in anticipation with the printer, and it sat on a shelf for years. I fully expect it to last another couple of years.

Comment: I believe the 5 star "glowing reviews" written immediately after the 1 star review are phonies. Anyway, the last one of these I bought with a factory new Brother drum. After a few months I am getting a black blob down the right margin every inch. Great! Now have to buy a replacement and noticed the regular cartride is almost $20 less and ships for free. So much for this overpriced "super saver". Oh, also, I was not happy with the thin amount of toner--too gray for me and not good detail. I want full, rich black thank you very much. Why print crap?

Comment: I purchased this product January 13th. My charge card was charged the full purchase price within minutes. Still 2/9/4 and no produce. I have emailed American Solutions twice so far and not even a confirmation response let alone and answer. Amazone says I must wait 30 days well that is four days from now and I want my money back.

Comment: Some people complain about everything. As previous reviewers suggest, keep in mind your usage versus the 5% standard rating. If you like to print web pages, other graphics, etc., you will use up the toner in a hurry. That goes for any printer. I got 4500 + copies from my first cartridge, which was mostly text and some graphics. I am very pleased.
