Comment: My Brother Intellifax arrive just two weeks ago but I am extremely pleased with the performance of the machine. It has all the bells and
whistles, and more, that you need for a home office machine. It replaced
a ten-year old Brother fax which was adequate but slow. The 2820 is remarkably fast.

Comment: I bought two machines around an year ago...also the messages came out like others..the toner cartridge was out (Toner Life End) even when new toner cartridges were put in.
