Comment: The printer works fine. I do have a problem . It works with wireless connection fine. The hard wire( cable) connection is not working.

Summary: Affordable laser printer
Comment: This laser printer from Brother is very affordable. The setup was easy and its speed is great. I have not figure out the manual feed yet. I don't know it can print legal size paper. Since I don't, it is not a problem. I have not tried wireless and network feature.
There are 2 complaints:
1) Power Surge. When I plug it in a surge protected multi-plug panel which shares the same wall jack with a light, the light will flicker. Luckily it didn't boot off my computer like some of the other people had experienced. So I plugged it into a different wall jack which doesn't have a light or computer and its accessories.
2) Print Side. It is pretty awkward to me when I print on to a pre-printed form. I need to remember to face it down and head it exactly the way the paper would come out of the printer. I am just not used to it. I guess some instructions on the printer itself would help.
Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Comment: The printer works well. Some dificulty in setup as it came with a pre-set IP address. No instructions for reset were included with the printer. Found them on the company (Brother) web site. Re-setting the address allowed setup to be completed. No problems since.

Comment: Worked perfectly, took 10 minutes to set up and it works great on our 4 computer wireless network. Just follow the instructions.
