Comment: I'd echo most of the positive reviews already mentioned: great value, fast start up, good print quality.
My biggest gripe is that this thing is useless for card stock. I've had this thing for two days and the paper jams 1 out of 5 and it curls the paper like crazy regardless of settings.
Returning this asap.

Comment: I was fed up with cleaning print heads on my inkjet printer just about every time I needed to print. I think I wasted more ink cleaning than printing. I noticed this Brother printer at a good price with a nice rebate. The installation with Vista (64bit) was simple and everything worked as it should. Takes just a few seconds to warm up, but after that, printed pages fly out. I'm happy with this printer and would recommend it to the average home user who occasionally needs to print in Black and White.

Comment: Has all the good features mentioned by other reviewers. However, clearing a paper jam and changing the toner can be very frustrating. You have to remove the toner cartridge and drum to get at a paper jam, and these components do not come out easily. They don't simply slide out as shown in the diagram. I've had to jiggle them for half an hour before I could get them out. For this reason alone I would not recommend this printer.
