Summary: Finally a Fax with Excellent Resolution!
Comment: I couldn't get clear enough resolution on the cheaper Brother Fax. This is important to me because I work with a lot of numbers. This 2920 Fax finally answers my need for clarity without even using the Fine Resolution button. It also was easy--intuitive--to set up and get started right away.

Comment: We purchased this laser to replace a HP ink all-in-one, which died when the ink cartridge exploded. The price per page is cheaper than ink. The quality (resolution) of the printed page is better. This is the first Brother that we purchased and I would purchase another.

Comment: I purchased one of these for one of our busy medical offices after our old fax pooped out. It was an urgent need. We receive and send a high volume of faxes. It has worked well and our office manager is very happy with it. We liked it so much that when our other office's fax machine started acting up last week I bought a second one.
It is fast and with good quality printing. It is also nice to be able to scan while faxes are coming in or going out.
